Stress management: breathing techniques and exercises, relaxing methods of self-introspection
Again, some data…
The foundation of health is a strong circulatory system, the system that transports oxygen and nutrients to all cells of the body. A good circulatory system is the premise of a long and healthy life.
Did you know that 70% of the toxins inside your body are eliminated by the lungs?
Respiration does not only control the oxygenation of cells. It also controls the circulation of lymphatic fluid, which contains white blood cells to protect the body. What is the lymphatic system?
Some consider it to be the body’s sewer system. Every cell in the body is surrounded by lymph. You have four times more lymph in your body than blood.
Here’s how the lymphatic system works: blood is pumped from the heart through the arteries to the thin, permeable capillaries; the blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the capillaries, from where they are then diffused into this fluid around the cells, called lymph; the cells, which know exactly what they need, take in oxygen and then excrete toxins, some of which pass back into the capillaries; But dead cells, blood proteins and other toxic substances must be removed from the lymphatic system. And the lymphatic system is activated by deep breathing.
The body’s cells depend on the lymphatic system, which is the only way to evacuate large amounts of excess toxic and liquid material, which restrict the amount of oxygen.
The blood system has a pump, which is the heart. But the lymphatic system does not. The only way the lymphatic system is set in motion is through breathing and muscle movement.
So if we want to have a healthy circulatory system with clean lymph and an effective immune system, we must learn to breathe deeply and make movements that stimulate them.
Meditation is a tool that helps you focus on the present moment, on your own person, on BEING AS BETTER WITH YOU as possible.
The purpose of this practice is to teach you to see things from a new perspective and to better understand yourself and those around you.
Meditation offers countless benefits. Relaxation during meditation could be deeper than the deepest sleep. The deeper the relaxation, the more dynamic and focused your daily activity becomes.
I invite you to a relaxation session, in which I combine breathing techniques and meditation for a REINFORCEMENT STATE of the whole being!
